The previous PC I purchased from this company, more than a decade back, is still running smoothly. I just had to upgrade it due to some Windows 11 needs for my job. I'm consistently amazed by the quality and care they invest in their products.

Outstanding customer support. Took under a day from placing my order to getting it delivered. Had a small problem with the PSU, but they quickly sent out a brand-new replacement. You just can't find service like this anywhere!

The new motherboard and CPU showed up the very next day, and I was able to install them without much hassle. Windows fired up right after I turned it on, and now I’ve successfully upgraded to Windows 11. I'm really satisfied with the service, and I'm glad that my PC, which is now about twice as speedy as it used to be, should serve me well for several more years.

I set up and ordered a fanless PC through their site. The next day, I called to confirm that they would accommodate my request for wiring to add 2 SSDs from my previous computer. The guy I spoke to noted it down and offered some great tips on moving Windows 11 from my old machine. When my silent PC showed up (right on schedule), I noticed the cabling was done just as I asked. This machine comes at a great price and is well-equipped. It arrived right on time, and it appears to be assembled nicely with tidy internal wiring. True to its name, it operates super quietly. I have zero doubts about recommending Quiet PC.

This is a reliable company to work with. Normally, I put together my own setups, but their prices were pretty competitive and worth it for the convenience. I requested a motherboard swap (the one I wanted was out of stock when I placed my order) during their final testing, and they had no problems accommodating me.

The communication was solid all through the build process, and the WaveStation Z4 I’ve got is an absolute powerhouse! It’s hardly noticeable in a quiet project studio during regular use, and even when I push it hard with streaming and complex renders, it’s still pretty quiet when the fans kick in. I’m quite particular about having a clean audio signal for my streams, and I’ve managed to ditch noise reduction from my templates. The OS installation was spotless when it arrived, and everything inside the case was neat and organized when I opened it up to add a few parts. Just lovely!

I got myself a gaming rig from Quiet PC and have been using it for almost a month now. Their customer service was top-notch; from the moment I placed my order to when the rig arrived at my door.
